Today saw the completion of the propshaft install with the epoxy putty sanded and filled as needed, then the area was given a coat of primer to help identifiy any flaws in the finishing.
I have added a screen shot of the CAD drawing showing the two propeller shafts before converting the file ready for 3D printing, and these parts were printed at a layer thickness of 50 microns or put another way the thickness of a human hair.
